- Payment Structure: Users are charged based on a tiered pricing model, with prices escalating from $1 to $1000 based on registration sequence.
- Fee Structure: A commission on user-generated revenue will be applied, with reduced fees for the first 1000 pre-order users. The Company reserves the right to modify fees.
- No Refunds Policy: Payments are final and non-refundable.
5. Content Creation and Intellectual Property
- User Responsibilities: Users have the freedom to design and promote their virtual influencers within legal standards.
- Prohibited Content: Users must avoid content that involves illegal activities, offensive material, or violates third-party rights.
- IP Rights: Users retain ownership of their virtual influencer's IP, granting the Company a license for promotional purposes.

The Company may terminate or suspend accounts for violations of these Terms. Users may request their content via email at admin@glambase.app upon account termination.

- Limitation of Liability: The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the Service use.
